Branding Methods

  1. Pad Printing
This is the most popular decorating method used to print promotional products as it is a very versatile. Pad Printing can be used on a wide range of different products and materials while providing a wide range of effects and colour combinations, resulting in accurate PMS colour matching. Pad Printing is the best option when the item being printed has an irregular surface or variable texture.
  2. Screen Printing
Screen printing is best suited for printing large items with larger surface areas, allowing you to maximise the size of your message or branding, thereby offering the biggest impact. It allows large numbers of items to be processed quickly and accurately, making it the best method to get a large image at a relatively low cost.
  3. Engraving
Laser engraving is a method of decorating whereby the logo or design is cut out with a laser, creating a clear, sharp and longer lasting image.  This method is usually used for products made from glass, metal, or wood and appears as the material colour beneath the surface.
  4. Embroidery
Embroidery is a method of machine stitching your design onto a fabric surface. A wide range of colours and embroidery patterns are available. The most common application is on shirts and headwear; however, there are a lot of other fabrics and material that can be embroidered.
  5. Debossing
Debossing uses a custom-made die to press your logo directly into a material's surface. Debossed logos have a subtle, yet sophisticated, appearance and is ideal on leather and vinyl products.
